An important part of any Conference Technologies, Inc.^® installation is the audio visual system training we offer to our clients. We understand that the best-designed systems are practically useless without qualified and confident operators behind the controls. Our certified trainers can train your staff one-on-one or meet with them in groups. One-on-one administrator or end-user on-site training can even be performed during a service or preventive maintenance visit.

Our training sessions are designed to familiarize your staff with the AV system by providing hands-on practice and discussions about successfully integrating them into your workplace. Our expert team has a proven track record in the technical arena. Each technician has worked closely with numerous products and solutions. During the training our technician(s) will demonstrate how to operate your system and answer questions about the equipment and its functions. Group training classes provide detailed instruction on the equipment and system operation. Questions regarding operation and maintenance will be answered and individual training can be performed, if requested.
