Challenge

Because MetLife Retirement Plans operates with sales offices and administrative facilities spread across the U.S., a fully-equipped audio and video conferencing center is necessary to facilitate communication among offices. The conference center also serves as an attractive meeting room for existing and potential customers, with state-of-the-art multi-media presentation capabilities.

Solution

Featuring a 50" in-wall mounted plasma monitor, this presentation space is a fully functioning audio and video conferencing facility. A customized touchscreen control system allows the presenter full access to the room's capabilities from one, easy-to-use location. The lighting, presentation equipment, volume and the shades are all controlled from the touch of a button. A separate rack room houses the audiovisual equipment out of site of the room participants.
