Heartland Community College wanted to standardize their technology for presentation systems in each classroom on campus and provide a method to manage and monitor all classroom technologies across campus.

Solution

Conference Technologies, Inc.^®provided an AMX control system in each classroom on campus with custom touch panels. A resource management suite server collects data from the classrooms and allows for classroom support to monitor the equipment in each classroom.

The combination of simple controls and the ability to remotely manage the rooms significantly reduced service calls to classroom support.
