Challenge:

WWT’s existing auditorium needed a flexible audio visual configuration to meet the needs of the multi-functional facility. The 6 small conference rooms and 2 training rooms needed presentation equipment only.

Solution:

The Auditorium is a multi-functional facility capable of many different room configurations including fixed presentations and large conference venues. Due to the flexibility of room arrangements, this system features a wireless boundary microphone system capable of allowing the large number of room participants to have individual microphone access from anywhere in the room. This system also features a projector mounted in the soffit that helps to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the room, speakers and separate rack room for housing the equipment out of site of the room participants.
WWT’s 2 training rooms and 6 conference rooms are equipped with standard audio visual equipment including a ceiling mounted projector, motorized ceiling mounted screen and ceiling speakers.
