Challenge

To manage this vast information network involves many people who need to see, instantaneously, signal routing, emergencies, signal traffic flow, system-management information and other technical data. In it's creation, the system also needed to offer an aesthetically pleasing environment for existing and potential customers.

Solution

Tycom’s NMC features a 27-cube video wall, custom user consoles, management war-pit, map wall, an interactive multimedia gallery, and a global theater. Tycom’s NMC boasts a working audiovisual system to verify signal traffic information, presented in a large visual format, graphically representing where their ships and other assets are working, in relation to a world map.
