Challenge

Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. (SHB) is an international law firm with nine offices and over 1,500 employees, 500 attorneys and 226 research analysts and paraprofessionals worldwide. SHB was seeking a better communication across their nine offices and with their international clients by upgrading their existing audio visual systems.

Solution

Conference Technologies, Inc.® designed four video conference enabled rooms in phase one of their audio visual integration with SHB. Among these rooms were three smaller, one and two LCD display video conferencing multipurpose suites.

Additionally, Conference Technologies, Inc.® installed a large multipurpose room with a u-shaped table, equipped to handle larger groups for video conferencing, events, depositions and more. This room features dual 85" Panasonic plasma displays and a Polycom HDX 9002 codec for high-definition video conferencing capabilities.

Conference Technologies, Inc.® is currently working with SHB for phase two of their audio visual systems reconstruction and integration, designing and installing an additional four rooms with a completion date slated for the near future.
