Challenge

While in the process of renovating their facility, ERC needed to equip their executive boardroom, video conferencing suite, multi-purpose rooms, seven training rooms and lobbies with multiple audio visual systems and video conferencing capabilities.

Solution

ERC's Executive Boardroom features a 5000 lumen projector mounted in the soffit that helps to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the room. This space is also a fully functioning audio and video conferencing facility with custom control system, standard audio visual equipment and a separate rack room for housing the equipment out of site of the room participants.

With a dual, ceiling mounted projector system, custom control system, and standard audio visual equipment, the video conferencing room is a fully functioning video conferencing facility and meeting space.

The two multi-purpose rooms can function independently or can be opened to create one large meeting facility. These rooms feature a custom control system, standard audio visual, audio conferencing and custom portable lecterns.

The seven training rooms and two lobbies also feature standard audio visual equipment.
