Challenge

Boeing needed a video conferencing and meeting facility to be utilized by various departments for employee and client presentation purposes.

Solution

Capable of seating 36, the video conferencing room features dual fixed front projection screens, ceiling mounted projectors, table mounted microphones, and a customized touch-screen control system that controls the lighting, microphone levels, video conferencing, and all display devices. A separate rack room houses the audio visual equipment out of site of the room participants.
