Challenge

Boeing's Executive personnel required a presentation and meeting facility to have internal meetings as well as facilitate high-level client meetings and demonstrations.

Solution

Conference Technologies, Inc.® upgraded much of the equipment in the Boardroom adding table microphones, ceiling microphones, upgraded control system and a dual plasma, and a confidence display giving the presenter full access to the presentation on the rear-projection screens. The control system, accessible through the operators station or through the wireless touchpanel, controls all aspects of the audio-visual equipment including lighting, microphone volume, plasmas, projectors and more.
