MetLife Retirement Plans offers a full-range of investment products and administrative services for employer-sponsored retirement benefits programs.

Client's Needs: Because MetLife Retirement Plans operates with sales offices and administrative facilities spread across the U.S., a fully-equipped audio and video conferencing center is necessary to facilitate communication among offices. The conference center also serves as an attractive meeting room for existing and potential customers, with state-of-the-art multi-media presentation capabilities.

Results: Conference Technologies, Inc. (CTI) Technical Services Department designed an aesthetically pleasing space equipped with the highest quality, audio visual technology.

Featuring a 50” In-wall mounted Plasma Monitor, this presentation space is a fully functioning audio & video conferencing facility. A customized touch-screen control system allows the presenter full access to the room’s capabilities from one, easy-to-use location. The lighting, presentation equipment, volume, and the shades are all controlled from the touch of a button. A separate rack room houses the audio-visual equipment out of site of the room participants.
