Client Description: The Memphis City Schools is the largest school system in the state of Tennessee and the 18th largest metropolitan school system in the nation. More than 118,000 K-12 students are served in 185 schools. All Memphis City Schools are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Only 60 percent of elementary and 62 percent of secondary schools statewide are accredited.

Client's Needs: A conference room to hold internal office meetings. Memphis City Schools also wanted an equipment provider and service provider that could repair and service any of the area schools audio visual equipment.

Results: Conference Technologies, Inc. (CTI) Consultants and Technical Services Department designed an aesthetically pleasing space equipped with the highest quality, audio visual technology.

Integrated with existing videoconferencing, this system features 72” wall-mounted, interactive white board, ceiling mounted projector, ceiling mounted speakers and the standard audio visual equipment. This presentation space is a fully functioning video conferencing facility.
