Client Description: Boeing Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) combines weapons and aircraft capabilities, intelligence and surveillance systems, communications architectures and extensive large-scale integration expertise across its eight customer-facing business units.

Client's Needs: Boeing’s Executive Personnel required a presentation and meeting facility to have internal meetings as well as facilitate high-level client meetings and demonstrations.

Results: Conference Technologies, Inc. (CTI) Technical Services Department reworked an original audio-visual design previously done by CTI; seamlessly integrating existing equipment with new technology.

CTI upgraded much of the equipment in the Boardroom adding table microphones, ceiling microphones, upgraded control system and a dual plasma, and a confidence display giving the presenter full access to the presentation on the rear-projection screens. The control system, accessible through the operators station or through the wireless touchpanel, controls all aspects of the audiovisual equipment including lighting, microphone volume, plasmas, projectors and more.
