Client Description: Boeing Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) combines weapons and aircraft capabilities, intelligence and surveillance systems, communications architectures and extensive large-scale integration expertise across its eight customer-facing business units.

Client's Needs: A video-conferencing and meeting facility to be utilized by various Departments within The Boeing Company and for client presentation purposes.

Results: Conference Technologies, Inc. (CTI) Technical Services Department designed a meeting and presentation space equipped with the highest quality, audio-visual technology.

Capable of seating 36, the VTC room features dual fixed front projection screens, ceiling mounted projectors, table mounted microphones, and a customized touch-screen control system that controls the lighting, microphone levels, videoconferencing, and all display devices. A separate rack room houses the audio-visual equipment out of site of the room participants.
